Bush, Billet and Sheet Dies for PTFE Powder Presses
In-house PTFE compression moulds matched to HEMSUN presses. Quoted examples include a Ø500 × 100 mm ID × 600 mm hollow-billet die (3-piece split cavity, carbon steel with zinc plating), an SS-304 Ø150 × 60 mm ID × 100 mm billet die with lifting handle, a 550 × 550 × 10 mm two-piece sheet die, EN-31 3-cavity bush dies, and manual bush cavities such as Ø39 × 20 × 120 mm. Multi-cavity layouts (for example five cavities on Ø35 mm bush) are designed with the press.

What PTFE die sizes have you built?

Can you make multi-cavity PTFE bush dies?
Yes. Five cavities are practical on a Ø35 mm bush with the 35 Ton fully auto press. Cavity count depends on OD, press tonnage, and fill method.
