Manufacturing Process
Molded PTFE Sheets are compression-molded for higher strength and thicker gauges (3mm–100mm). Skived PTFE Sheets are precision-shaved from billets for thinner gauges (0.5mm–3mm) with smooth surface finish. All sheets cut to size and inspected in-house at our Ahmedabad facility.
