How this press is built
The PTFE Block Moulding Machine applies 347 Ton of rigid compressive force to produce sintering billets & heavy blocks (Billet Diameter Ø 167 mm to Ø 447 mm × 550 mm). A variable displacement hydraulic circuit accelerates cycle times while maintaining a steady 95-second dwell under load. Regulated pressure bleed-off eliminates internal cleavage stresses prior to automated part ejection.
Material behaviour under compaction
