HEMSUN's OEM manufacturing workflow integrates every stage under single-roof supervision: (1) Technical drawing and tolerance stack-up analysis with application compound recommendation; (2) In-house toolroom design and CNC EDM wire/sinker machining of compression dies; (3) Hydraulic press preforming with strict compaction dwell controls; (4) Programmable multi-stage oven sintering; and (5) Secondary CNC turning and 100% CMM verification before export crating.
Material selection notes
Raw polymer formulations are tailored to client operating conditions: Virgin PTFE (FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 compliant), glass-reinforced grades for creep resistance, carbon/graphite-filled grades for dry running and thermal conductivity, bronze-filled grades for heavy bearing loads, and high-performance engineering thermoplastics including PEEK and Delrin.
