HEMSUN builds PTFE powder compression moulding machines from 6 Ton manual bush presses to 600 Ton sheet cells. Quoted ranges include mechanical gasket models HSE-ME-GK50 and HSE-ME-GK60, hydraulic gasket CNC cells HSE20T-GK110 through HSE30T-GK180, double-action bush and billet presses from 6 to 500 Ton, and a 600 Ton PTFE sheet press with die sliding. Fully automatic cells use PTFE powder auto-filling and auto-eject; semi-auto cells automate compression, hold and eject with manual fill. Dies are cut in-house. What PTFE moulding machine models does HEMSUN build?

Quoted gasket models include mechanical HSE-ME-GK50 (OD 10–50 mm) and HSE-ME-GK60 (OD to 60 mm), plus hydraulic CNC cells HSE20T-GK110, HSE20T-GK120, HSE25T-GK110, HSE25T-GK180, and HSE30T-GK180 for rings up to 180 mm OD. Bush, rod, and billet presses run from 6 Ton manual cells to a 500 Ton semi-auto billet press and a 600 Ton sheet press. Every machine is built to your part size and automation level.

What is the difference between fully auto and semi-auto PTFE presses?

Fully automatic cells fill PTFE powder, compress, hold under pressure, and eject without an operator in the cycle — free-flow powder is recommended for consistent auto fill. Semi-automatic cells automate compression, holding time, and ejecting; powder filling stays manual. Manual single-action presses use a push-button panel and foot switches.

Do you supply the compression die with the press?

Many CNC bush cells include a single-cavity die set with the machine. Multi-cavity bush dies, large hollow-billet cavities (for example OD 500 × ID 100 × 600 mm), and sheet dies are quoted to drawing. Presses can also ship without a die-set.

What gasket sizes can the automatic gasket machines mould?

Mechanical HSE-ME-GK50 covers OD 10–50 mm at 2–6 mm thickness (min. 4 mm wall). Hydraulic models cover OD up to 110–180 mm and thickness from about 2.5 mm to 25 mm depending on the cell. Tell us OD, ID, thickness, and required parts per hour.
