Manufacturing Process
PTFE Rods are manufactured by compression molding (for larger diameters 30mm–500mm offering superior density and dimensional stability) and extrusion (for smaller diameters 3mm–30mm offering consistent cross-sections and smooth surface finish). All rods are machined and inspected in-house at our Ahmedabad facility equipped with 1 VMC and 5 CNC lathes.
