Manufacturing process

Production of PTFE Rod combines cold isostatic/uniaxial compaction of PTFE fluoropolymer powder with multi-stage thermal free-sintering. Compaction loads are held under precise electronic dwell timing to bleed out microscopic air pockets. Sintered blanks are then transferred to climate-controlled CNC turning and milling centers to machine critical drawing features.
