Working principle and engineering architecture
The engineering principles behind Compression Molding Presses combine dual-action hydraulic compaction, floating die tooling adapters, stepped electronic decompression profiles to eliminate shear cracks, and synchronized bottom hydraulic ejector cylinders delivering uniform green density throughout the compact. Hydraulic circuits utilize variable-displacement axial piston pumps and proportional cartridge valves that deliver smooth rapid-advance strokes, micro-speed compaction transitions, and programmable pressure dwell cycles (holding sustained compaction forces up to 300 to 500 kg/cm² or 3,000 to 4,500 psi).
Electronic decompression sequencing is programmed via the touchscreen PLC to bleed off frame strain energy in micro-millimeter increments.
