Manufacturing Process
PTFE Diaphragms are manufactured by flat cutting (for flat disc diaphragms), thermoforming (for dished or shaped profiles), and compression molding (for complex 3D molded profiles). Reinforced PTFE Diaphragms are bonded PTFE face on rubber (EPDM/Neoprene/Viton) backer. All diaphragms inspected for dimensional accuracy and surface integrity before despatch.
