Purpose-built hydraulic presses for moulding PTFE bushes, gaskets, billets, seals, rings, and sheets from virgin or free-flow PTFE powder. The same quoted range as our PTFE moulding line: mechanical gasket models HSE-ME-GK50/GK60, hydraulic gasket CNC cells to 180 mm OD, bush/rod presses from 6 to 80 Ton, 500 Ton billet cells, and 600 Ton sheet presses.

Yes. Share OD, ID, length or thickness, powder grade (virgin or free-flow), and whether you need manual, semi-auto, or fully auto filling. We match tonnage, cylinder stroke, and cavity count to the part.

What control systems do you offer?

Push-button with foot switches on compact manual presses; PLC with 7" colour HMI; or CNC with 7" or 10" colour touch screens. Hydraulic pressure may be manual or HMI- adjustable. Safety curtains and powder-coated cabinets are fitted on enclosed cells.
