Manufacturing Process
PTFE Bushes are compression-molded from virgin or filled PTFE resin then precision CNC-machined on our in-house lathes and VMC to customer-specified tolerances. Filled grades — glass-filled, carbon-filled, graphite-filled, bronze-filled — are compounded in-house for improved wear resistance and mechanical strength.
