How this press is built
Fabricated for heavy industrial service, the PM Stator Press applies 776 Ton of precision force to mould hydro-tested high-pressure pipe joints, stator cores & crimped filters measuring Component envelope up to 673 × 473 × 373 mm. The machine executes automated fast approach, slow pressing transition, and a 72-second dwell interval to achieve high green density. Controlled release of hydraulic cylinder pressure eliminates internal micro-fractures, facilitating effortless ejection of the finished green compact.
Material behaviour under compaction
The system is engineered to compact engineered automotive sub-assemblies, pipe casings & electric motor cores powders with high density uniformity. Strict platen parallelism prevents density variance across parting lines, ensuring that finished parts achieve maximum tensile strength and performance.
Tooling and die design
