How this press is built
Fabricated for heavy industrial service, the PTFE Rod Moulding Machine applies 71 Ton of precision force to mould solid extruded & moulded rods measuring Diameter Ø 15 mm to Ø 81 mm, compaction length 400–1000 mm. The machine executes automated fast approach, slow pressing transition, and a 63-second dwell interval to achieve high green density. Material behaviour under compaction

Tooling and die design
Bolsters feature precision-milled DIN standard T-slots and central ejector clearance openings. Hard-chrome plated guide pillars (50 µm layer, 60 HRC) ride within self-lubricating phosphor bronze guide bushes with spiral oil grooves, ensuring long-term punch concentricity for solid extruded & moulded rods dies.
