Manufacturing process
Glass Moly Filled PTFE is manufactured at our Dahegam facility using high-pressure compression moulding followed by computer-controlled oven sintering up to 370°C and precision CNC finishing. Raw PTFE fluoropolymer resin is cold-pressed at 300 to 450 kg/cm² (3,000 to 4,500 psi) into rigid green preforms. Sintering under programmed heating ramps enables complete particle coalescence, eliminating internal porosity and yielding high tensile and dielectric strength.
