CNC PTFE Sheet Skiving from Sintered Billets

HEMSUN designs CNC PTFE sheet skiving machines for converting sintered billets into uniform sheet. A quoted cell takes billets up to 300 mm OD × 300 mm width with 100 mm ID, skives 0.20 mm to 4.00 mm thickness at up to 300 mm sheet width, and uses a servo-controlled 1–10 RPM spindle with linear-guide ball-screw tool feed. PLC 7" HMI, winding spool, and multi-roller guide are included to limit waviness and banana effect. Similar skiving cells are built to your billet OD, sheet width, and thickness range.
