Scope and process

Materials we work with

Modular framing with adjustable pin and pad units so the datum scheme can be tuned during launch. Body material is chosen for the duty — tool steel where wear or heat is the issue, aluminium where the fixture must be lifted by hand.

Maintenance and spare parts

Clamp faces and locating pins take spatter and impact; inspect and re-shim on a planned interval.
