Materials we work with

Raw resins are strictly tested for density (ASTM D792) and tensile strength (ASTM D4894) with batch traceability maintained for all production runs.
Tooling support
All tooling sets—including multi-cavity compression moulds and CNC machining fixtures—are designed and CNC-machined in-house from vacuum-hardened AISI D2 and H13 tool steel (58–62 HRC). Cavities are diamond mirror-polished (Ra ≤ 0.15 µm) to ensure sharp part release and high dimensional repeatability across multi-year OEM supply contracts.

Export packing and lead time
Export shipments are packaged in multi-layer VCI moisture barrier bags and seaworthy wooden crates. Shipments clear direct from Gujarat via Mundra and Nhava Sheva (JNPT) container ports with Certificate of Origin, packing lists, and commercial documentation.
Maintenance and spare parts
Comprehensive spare part packages (hydraulic seal kits, replacement heating elements, PLC software backups) and technical support are maintained for all industrial installations.
