PVDF Ball | Kynar Ball | Polyvinylidene Fluoride Ball | 5mm to 310mm | High Purity
HEMSUN ENGG. INDUSTRIES manufactures PVDF Balls — Polyvinylidene Fluoride Balls, also known as Kynar Balls — from 5mm to 310mm diameter. PVDF is a premium fluoropolymer that bridges standard engineering plastics and full PTFE — offering outstanding chemical resistance to acids, halogens, strong oxidizers, and chlorinated solvents, with superior mechanical strength to PTFE or FEP and excellent UV resistance. PVDF Balls are the first choice for semiconductor ultra-high-purity chemical delivery valves, pharmaceutical high-purity fluid handling, and UV-exposed outdoor chemical system valves. ISO 3290 Grade G10. Exported globally.

Manufacturing Process
PVDF Balls are CNC-machined from extruded PVDF (Kynar) rod stock using carbide tooling. PVDF is processed in dedicated equipment to avoid cross-contamination for high-purity semiconductor and pharmaceutical applications.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is PVDF and why is it called Kynar?
PVDF stands for Polyvinylidene Fluoride — a premium fluoropolymer. Kynar is Arkema's registered brand name for PVDF. Both refer to the same polymer with outstanding chemical resistance to acids, halogens, and strong oxidizers, combined with good mechanical strength and UV resistance.
When should I choose PVDF Ball over PTFE Ball?
Choose PVDF Ball when: mechanical strength is needed alongside fluoropolymer chemical resistance (PVDF is significantly stronger than PTFE), UV resistance for outdoor service is required (PVDF has excellent UV stability, PTFE does not), or wet chlorine, bromine, and strong oxidizer resistance is needed.
What is the largest PVDF Ball you manufacture?
We manufacture PVDF (Kynar) Balls up to 310mm diameter — one of the widest size ranges for PVDF Balls available globally.
