Operating with 227 Ton capacity, the Cold Isostatic Press processes high-density isostatically compacted green billets and shapes within a Vessel interior diameter Ø 80–150 mm × length 250–500 mm work area. Precision linear encoders coordinate pressing depth and hold load across 111 seconds. Shock-free hydraulic dumping prevents preform fracturing, allowing lower hydraulic cylinders to extract the workpiece effortlessly.

The system is engineered to compact technical ceramic alumina/zirconia, PM alloys, and isotropic PTFE powders powders with high density uniformity. Strict platen parallelism prevents density variance across parting lines, ensuring that finished parts achieve maximum tensile strength and performance.

The bolster architecture features heavy-duty clamping zones and precision ejector pin locations. Hard-wearing tool steel dies for high-density isostatically compacted green billets and shapes are CNC-machined and diamond-polished at our Dahegam works for extended tooling longevity.
