Designed around the physical compressibility of vulcanized elastomer, fluoroelastomer (FKM) & silicone rubber, this press handles standard free-flow and fine-cut resin grades. Rigid column construction prevents platen tilting during compaction, ensuring that preforms maintain consistent cross-sectional density and predictable sintering shrinkage factors.
Tooling and die design
The guidance system utilizes heavy ground steel pillars with self-lubricating bronze bushings. Die sets for flange gaskets & flat seals are CNC-machined in-house to tight tolerances, ensuring perfect alignment between upper punches and die cavities.
