How this press is built
The Rubber Seal Press delivers dedicated 302 Ton forming capacity for dynamic & static seal rings components within the Engineered to client drawing envelope (Build HSE-696) dimensional range. A high-efficiency hydraulic drive powers smooth ram closure and holds maximum preforming force for 122 seconds, allowing compressed air to escape through micro-vented tooling. Once the compaction dwell completes, an electro-hydraulic shockless decompression sequence discharges pressure before hydraulic bottom-ram ejection initiates.
Material behaviour under compaction
Engineered around the rheological behavior of vulcanized elastomer, fluoroelastomer (FKM) & silicone rubber, the machine applies balanced compaction force to establish tight molecular interlocking. Consistent preform density translates directly into superior wear and chemical resistance in service.
Tooling and die design
Platen bolsters are stress-relieved and surface-ground to ensure flat mounting surfaces for dynamic & static seal rings tooling. Precision-fitted ejector sleeves provide balanced lifting force across the entire component base.
