PTFE Balls Manufacturer & Supplier in Bengaluru: specs, selection tips and practical notes for PTFE parts and powder presses. Published by HEMSUN,

HEMSUN ENGG. INDUSTRIES supplies factory-direct PTFE balls to Bengaluru, covering Peenya Industrial Area, Bommasandra, Jigani and Dabaspet. We manufacture solid PTFE spheres from 5 mm to 310 mm with in-house centerless grinding, suited to the tight-tolerance, low-volume work that Bengaluru’s precision engineering base runs.

Why buyers in Bengaluru, Karnataka source PTFE balls from HEMSUN

Bengaluru’s demand profile is precision rather than volume. Instrumentation builders, aerospace subcontractors, machine tool makers and R&D-heavy engineering firms need small quantities of spheres held to a tight diameter and roundness band, often against an unusual specification and frequently on a prototype timeline. That combination — low quantity, high specification, fast turnaround — is difficult for traders to serve because it needs the die and the grinding under one roof. It is straightforward for a factory that fabricates its own tooling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you make a small prototype quantity of a custom diameter?

Yes. We fabricate dies in-house, so a one-off or small development batch is workable. The die cost is quoted separately and is retained for you, so a follow-on production order does not restart tooling.

Are PTFE balls non-magnetic?

Virgin PTFE is a polymer and is entirely non-magnetic and electrically insulating, which is why it is used in sensitive instrumentation and test rigs where a steel ball would interfere. Note that bronze-filled and carbon-filled grades change electrical properties, so specify virgin if that matters.

What is the tightest tolerance you can hold?

It depends on the diameter — a 5 mm ball and a 200 mm ball are not comparable. Send your drawing with the required band and we will tell you plainly whether we can hold it, rather than quoting a headline number that does not apply to your size.
