Custom PTFE is a drawing business
Unlike catalog fasteners, custom PTFE is defined by geometry, material grade, and process route. Two suppliers quoting the same drawing may propose different grades or mold-vs-machine strategies — compare engineering assumptions, not price alone.

Process route selection
CNC machining
Best for prototypes, complex geometry, and low-to-medium volume where molding tooling is uneconomical. Stock from PTFE rod or sheet.
Compression molding

Near-net mold then CNC finish on sealing surfaces — common for valve seats and tight bore fits.
