The Flanging Press delivers dedicated 542 Ton forming capacity for closed-die forged automotive flanges, gears & shafts components within the Forging envelope up to 488 × 488 × 188 mm dimensional range. A high-efficiency hydraulic drive powers smooth ram closure and holds maximum preforming force for 46 seconds, allowing compressed air to escape through micro-vented tooling. Once the compaction dwell completes, an electro-hydraulic shockless decompression sequence discharges pressure before hydraulic bottom-ram ejection initiates.

Built to process both virgin and modified formulations of heated steel billets, non-ferrous slugs & alloy structural blanks, the machine delivers repeatable compaction ratios across multi-shift production.
