Materials we work with

Choosing the right option

Quality checks and inspection

On a fixture the check that matters is connection repeatability and that the fixture does not mask a genuine failure. Dimensions are verified on CMM against the fixture drawing before despatch.

Commissioning and handover

Handed over with a master-part run so the fixture’s own leak or signal baseline is established before production parts are judged.

Export packing and lead time

Seals are the wear item and drift slowly; re-baseline against the master part on a fixed schedule.
