EPDM Ball | Ethylene Propylene Rubber Ball | 5mm to 310mm | Water, Steam and Food Grade
HEMSUN ENGG. INDUSTRIES manufactures EPDM Balls — Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Balls — from 5mm to 310mm diameter. EPDM is the premier rubber for water and steam service — EPDM Balls offer outstanding resistance to water, hot water, steam, ozone, UV radiation, polar solvents, and dilute acids and alkalis, combined with food-grade compliance in FDA-grade compound. The most widely used rubber ball for water supply check valves, hot water system check valves, steam service valves, food-grade pump check valves, and outdoor plumbing valves globally. ISO 3290 Grade G10. Exported globally.

IEC registered. ISO 3290 Grade G10. Food grade EPDM compound FDA-compliant available. Not recommended for petroleum oil service — use NBR or Viton Balls for oil applications. Regular export to UAE, Germany, USA, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, Turkey, and Middle East.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the largest EPDM Ball you manufacture?
We manufacture EPDM Balls up to 310mm diameter — one of the widest size ranges for EPDM Balls globally. Large EPDM Balls (150mm to 310mm) serve large-bore water main check valves and large-bore building services pump check valves.
Can EPDM Balls be used in hot water and steam service?
Yes. EPDM Balls are specifically rated for hot water up to +150°C and steam service. This makes them the standard rubber ball for hot water system check valves, steam trap check valves, and HVAC heating system pump check valves.
Are EPDM Balls suitable for food and dairy applications?
Yes. We supply EPDM Balls in FDA-compliant food-grade EPDM compound — non-toxic and safe for direct food and dairy contact. CIP-compatible and widely used in dairy pump check valves and food processing pump check valves.
