A variable displacement hydraulic circuit accelerates cycle times while maintaining a steady 115-second dwell under load. Regulated pressure bleed-off eliminates internal cleavage stresses prior to automated part ejection.
Material behaviour under compaction
Because technical ceramic alumina (96–99.7%) and zirconia powder requires substantial compaction depth prior to sintering, the press daylight and stroke are sized to accommodate deep powder cavity charges. Precision pressure regulation ensures uniform molecular rearrangement without inducing internal shear planes or compaction voids.
